Peace Of Mind Policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with anything you have purchased from us including wildlife pencil drawings and pencil horse drawings, let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods and post the goods back to us, once we have received the goods back in their original condition we will refund your purchase costs in full.

Postage and packaging costs are set at a flat rate of £3 for the entire order, the weight or number of units purchased doesn’t affect the cost. Postage and packaging is free if you spend over £50. For Example one of the limited edition wildlife pencil drawings by Ian Last costing £55 would be eligible for free shipping.

If we receive your order before 1pm we will endeavour to process and post your order on the same day. Items will be delivered through Royal Mail using their special delivery next day service. If you ordered one of Ian Lasts Wildlife Pencil Drawings at 10am we would aim to have it delivered to you the next day.

We endeavour to provide the best images of the work as possible through the website although we understand that viewing work via the Internet cannot be the same as viewing the work in real life. Which is why we offer our 14-day peace of mind policy.
